Training for your employees to ensure they properly operate and maintain their technical equipment
Thorough and complete training for your crews to reduce equipment failures and increase production
Training Classes are provided as a part of the Design System package. These classes are to teach the Operators and Maintenance staff the correct manner of operation and safe maintenance of their equipment.
Our training classes are different because our head of engineering has been using and designing AC and DC drive for over 35 years and so has the knowledge and expertise needed to cover the different depths of the drive and automation control technology required.
1) OVERVIEW & TRAINING ON DRIVES & EQUIPMENT:For someone who is going to work on a Drive or piece of equipment we provide an overall basic overview and training of the Drives or equipment so that they know what they are doing and are familiar with the safe operation and interaction of the equipment, they are then comfortable and proficient with what they are doing.
2) ADVANCED TRAINING: For someone who needs a more in depth understanding we give classes at a higher level and we go into more detail of the workability of the Drive or equipment.
3) DESIGN & USE TRAINING: For someone who is going to design and use this equipment we go into the full in depth details which will include the design criteria of how the drive or equipment is designed and why it is designed that way which then allows for a full comprehensive understanding of what can and cannot be done with the equipment.
Software and programming training
We also provide hands on training in the use and operation of our immensely powerful, interactive open architecture graphic design and control operating software which interacts with the drives and controls in real time. This software not only provides a platform of distributed processing and control but also allows access to the drive equipment control and function display parameters. It uses Modbus TCP/IP Ethernet communications that allows for the creation of a secure high speed LAN (Local Area Network).
